What we've been up to
“May you have a strong foundation when the winds of change shift…and may you stay forever young” – Bob Dylan.
Poignant words which reflect the constant change process within Label Tech as we say farewell to David Keogh, who after 16 years at the helm, is to exit the business in the coming months. Dave has been a wonderful leader, mentor and friend to us all at Label Tech and it has been a pleasure working with him. It has been a very exciting journey for me since 2002 realising our goals and ambitions along the way. I would like to thank Dave for his guidance and wish him every success in the future. He leaves a strong foundation behind and one on which we will build. In addition, I would like to formally welcome Johnny Woods on board. Johnny joins the business as a shareholder and Sales & Finance Director. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Johnny has worked in the distribution industry with Caterpillar before joining Multiprint Labels. He has built up extensive expertise in the Drinks sector in Ireland & the UK and led the company successfully until acquisition by Multi Color Corporation (MCC). Johnny has been key in helping us establish a leading position in the Drinks Sector, one that we know will continue to grow under his expert guidance. Johnny is thrilled to be joining the Label Tech family as we move onto the next chapter of our evolution.

2. Oxmantown Skincare
Oxmantown Skincare is a natural, ethical & environmentally friendly skincare company based in Stoneybatter, Dublin.
Their products are handmade locally in small batches using high quality, natural, organic and active, botanical ingredients to ensure you get the freshest, finest product. Each ingredient is chosen for it's therapeutic property and so free from an overload of nasty chemicals, instead they prefer to harness the power of nature to deliver noticeable results.
3. Kinsale Mead
The first new Irish mead in a long time was launched last year from new company Kinsale Mead Co. Mead is fermented from honey and is the world’s oldest alcoholic drink; it has been brought bang up to date in Kinsale, Cork.
Their Atlantic Dry Mead is a traditional style mead and is made from raw Spanish orange blossom honey, water and yeast with a beautiful, flowery citrus aroma and an off dry finish. The Wild Red Mead is a melomel-style, where fruit is fermented with the honey. They’ve sourced Wexford blackcurrants which are packed full of flavour, and balance that tartness with sweet, dark cherries. Both meads finish at 12% ABV and are delicious with food.
